ApplusRTD commissioned Rienke Enghardt to visualize the new company values and to communicate them to the employees and visitors. Rienke painted a series of portraits in the company colors propagating the company's values, in a track through the building.
In addition, she initiated a dialogue and workshop about the new corporate values with employees. Their perspectives were brought together on a special kite/banner.
